Samsung is expected to unveil the successors of last year’s Galaxy Tab S8 series – the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series in the coming months. To those unaware, the Galaxy Tab S8 lineup includes three devices – Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8+, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. Hence, we are expecting the company to introduce Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9+, and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra under the Tab S9 lineup.
In the latest development, we have spotted the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Plus on the Geekbench benchmark database. The upcoming tablet made an appearance on the benchmark website with the model number SM-X818U and also revealed some of the specifications. Let us take a closer look at what Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ might have in store for us.
As mentioned earlier, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab made an appearance on the benchmark database with the model number SM-X818U which might be the US variant of the device. The device managed to score 2049 points in the single-core round of the Geekbench 5 benchmark test. Whereas, it scored around 5492 points in the multi-core round of the test.
The Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus US variant will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with code name kamala and 1 + 3 + 4 core configuration. It confirms that the tablet will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The upcoming Samsung tablet will sport 12GB of RAM and will come pre-loaded with Android 13.
