Samsung, earlier today, announced the launch of two new wearable devices in the country. The launch comes on the day we reported about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 appearing on Amazon.in indicating its imminent launch. The wearables in question today are the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3, and the Galaxy Buds Live. If you recall, both these products were also announced at the recent Galaxy Unpacked 2020 event, where the company also launched the Galaxy Note20 series smartphones.
Let us now check out both these devices in detail.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 3: Specifications, features
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 succeeds the Galaxy Watch 2 lineup from last year. The product is thinner and lighter compared to its predecessor – and yet sports a larger display. The Galaxy Watch3 features Samsung’s rotating bezel UI that lets you intuitively navigate the menu. The Watch 3 comes in both LTE and Bluetooth variants with the LTE variants featuring support for eSIM from Airtel, Jio, and soon, Vodafone. This means you can manage calls, notifications, stream your music, access essential apps on-the-go even if you aren’t carrying your smartphone with you. The Bluetooth version can also offer the same functionality when it is connected to a Wi-Fi network. The Galaxy Watch 3 lets you easily communicate with friends without having to take your phone out, thanks to support for in-chat photo viewing and smart reply options.
The Galaxy Watch 3 also offers a comprehensive suite of health features that lets you customize your workout needs as per your style and preferences. It also offers real-time analysis and feedback while you are working out so that you can check on your progress. With Samsung Health, you also receive access to a full-service fitness studio that has a vast library of workout videos. The Watch also gets a sleep management feature. The best addition, perhaps, is the all-new Blood oxygen (SpO2) feature that measures and tracks oxygen saturation.
