
Samsung has launched the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G. The Z Fold 3 is Samsung’s first phone to feature an under-display camera. At the Unpacked 2021 event, Samsung has also launched the new Galaxy Watch 4 series. Samsung has launched the Watch 4 Classic alongside the standard Galaxy Watch 4. Both smartwatches sport a circular dial and offer a minimalistic design. The Watch 4 Classic comes with a rotating bezel. Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, Watch 4 Classic: Price
The Galaxy Watch 4 comes in Bluetooth and LTE options. It has been launched in two sizes – 40mm and 44mm. The smartwatch’s price in the US starts at $249.99 (roughly Rs 18,600). It comes in Black and Silver colour options. The Green colour option is exclusive to the 44mm variant, whereas the 40mm variant gets an exclusive Pink Gold colour.
The Watch 4 Classic also comes in Bluetooth and LTE options and in 42mm, 46mm sizes. Its price starts at USD 349.99 (roughly Rs 26,050) for the 42mm Bluetooth variant. It comes in Black and Silver colour options.

The standard Watch comes in 40mm and 44mm screen sizes. The 40mm variant has a 1.19-inch display with a 396 x 396 resolution. The 44mm variant, on the other hand, sports a 1.36-inch display with a 450 x 450 resolution.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 4’s Classic variant has a 1.19-inch screen on the 42mm variant and a 1.36-inch display on the 46mm variant. The most notable difference between the two is that the Classic edition has a rotating bezel that can be used to navigate through the menu. The Classic edition also comes in a Stainless Steel case, whereas the standard Watch 4 has an aluminium case.
Both watches come with Samsung’s new 5nm Exynos W920 chip. It is paired with 1.5GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The 40mm/ 42mm variants pack a 247 mAh battery, whereas the 44mm/ 46mm variants pack a 361 mAh battery.
Samsung has also introduced a new BioActive sensor that does the job of three health sensors. These include the Optical Heart Rate Sensor, ECG and BioElectrical Impedance Analysis Sensor. It also comes with a feature called Body Composition that offers insights on the Body Mass Index (BMI), Fat Mass, skeletal muscle, etc.
The Watch 4 series also comes with Snoring Detection, SpO2 tracking, Sleep Score features. In terms of software, the Watch 4 series comes with a custom OneUI operating system that is developed jointly with Google. The smartwatch comes with Google and Samsung apps. It also supports various third-party apps. The Watch 4 series is claimed to offer up to 40 hours of battery life on a single charge. It offers up to 10 hours of juice with a 30-minute charge.
