Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2022 launch event will be hosted next week. The company will announce many new products at its flagship event on August 10. Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 and the Galaxy Flip 4 are confirmed to debut at the Unpacked event. Alongside, the company will launch also new wearables. Among the new products launching at Unpacked 2022 is the Galaxy Watch 5 series. The company is expected to launch two new variants, namely the Watch 5 and the Watch 5 Pro. The vanilla Watch 5 will debut in two sizes – 40mm and 44mm. It looks like Samsung will launch the bigger 44mm variant as the Galaxy Watch 5 Large.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Large Indonesia Telecom
Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 series will include two models, namely the Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro. The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Large will be the bigger variant of the vanilla model, sporting a 44mm dial. According to the Indonesia Telecom listing, the smartwatch has the model number SM-R910. Unfortunately, the listing does not reveal any other specs of the smartwatch.
However, the rumour mill has churned out some key details in the past. According to the leaked details, the Watch 5 Large will launch in Sapphire, Black and Silver colours, whereas the Watch 5 40mm will launch in Black, Silver and Pink Gold.
The 44mm variant is also said to pack a 397 mAh battery, whereas the 40mm variant will feature a 276mm cell. Samsung will launch the smartwatches with a circular dial made up of metal.
The smartwatches will also include many fitness and health-related features. Samsung is said to launch the Watch 5 series with an improved version of its BioActive Sensor to help users measure and track their overall health stats.
The Watch 5 44mm is said to be priced at EUR 286.90 (roughly Rs 23,270), whereas the 40mm variant could be launched for EUR 259.98 (roughly Rs 21,100). More details should surface in the coming days.
