Samsung has officially launched the Samsung Galaxy Wide 5 in South Korea. Speaking about the design aspect of the handset first, it features a water-drop notch display and a triple-camera setup. The Galaxy Wide 5 comes with a 6.6-inch Full-HD+ display and it is powered by Dimensity 700 SoC. The Galaxy Wide 5 is introduced in the South Korean market in partnership with SK Telecom. The handset can be purchased from the SK Telecom website in South Korea. Other key features which the Galaxy Wide 5 offer includes an 8MP selfie camera, up to 6GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and a 5000mAh battery. The Galaxy Wide 5 is expected to be launch as the Galaxy F42 5G in India and other markets.

Samsung Galaxy Wide 5 comes in Black, White, and Blue colour option. The device is priced at KRW 4,49,900 (roughly Rs. 28,200) for the sole 6GB RAM + 128GB storage options. As mentioned above, the smartphone can be purchased in South Korea from the SK Telecom website.

The Samsung Galaxy Wide 5 sports a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display that has Full HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 chipset. The smartphone runs Android 11 out of the box. It packs up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device also has microSD card support for extra storage expansion up to 1TB.
