The SamMobile report claims that the South Korean tech behemoth will launch its foldable smartphones in July. The launch is earlier than the rumoured schedule. Samsung might want to push some flagship devices in July to get a solid start for H2 2021.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Flip 2 rumoured specs
Recently, it was tipped that the Fold 3 could feature an under-display camera (UDC). Samsung has been testing the UDC on the Z Fold 3. However, the inclusion of UDC is not confirmed yet due to logistical issues. If the company decides to go ahead with UDC, the Fold 3 will come with a 16MP front camera on the main display. It will also have a 12MP front camera on the cover display.
The foldable device is tipped to come with S Pen support. It will be a hybrid between the S Pen found on the S21 Ultra and the Note 20 series.
The Fold 3 will come with a triple camera setup on the back. It will have a 12MP + 12MP + 16MP camera setup on the back.
The Z Flip 2 (also rumoured as Z Flip 3) will have a 10MP front camera inside the hole-punch folding display. Furthermore, the phone will have a 12MP + 12MP camera setup on the back. It is tipped to come with a 3100 mAh battery.
