Samsung Introduces Smart Club Loyalty and Referral Programmes in India

Samsung has introduced the two new programmes for its new and existing customers.

Samsung has revealed two new programmes for customers of Samsung Exclusive Stores in India. The company has introduced the new Samsung Smart Club Loyalty Programme and Samsung Referral Programme for its new and existing customers in the country. The company has also revealed a WhatsApp Chatbot that will help consumers connect to the nearest Samsung SmartCafé with just a few clicks. With the new Samsung Club Loyalty programme, customers can get attractive benefits like reward points and discount coupons. With Samsung Referral Programme, customers can earn rewards up to Rs 7,500 by referring their friends and family. Here’s what you need to know about the latest programmes for Samsung Exclusive stores in India.

Samsung Smart Club Loyalty Programme

To start with the Club Loyalty programme, customers will get reward points, service coupons and other benefits on first-time purchase of Galaxy smartphones. However, it is important to note that one has to purchase for minimum Rs 15,000 from a Samsung SmartCafe or Samsung Smart Plaza.

These reward points can be redeemed on subsequent purchases at Samsung Exclusive Stores. Additionally, customers will also get three vouchers worth up to Rs 6,000 with their Smart Club membership, which is valid up to December 2020. Furthermore, there will be fast track upgrades on products like Galaxy Z Fold2 and Galaxy Tab S7. With this, customers will get a direct entry to a higher membership tier than the usual programme.

Samsung Referral Programme

Coming to the Referral programme, existing Samsung customers can help their friends and family to get rewards. The referrer will get additional Smart Club benefits of worth up to Rs 7,500 by successfully referring his/her friend and family to purchase phones from the stores. On successful transaction, both the referrer and referee will get reward points.

So, for example, if a referee buys flagship phones like Galaxy Z Fold2, Galaxy Z Fold, and Galaxy Z Flip, the referrer will get Rs 2,500, while the referee will get Rs 3,500. Customers who bought Galaxy Note 20 series, Galaxy Note10, Galaxy Note10+, Galaxy S20 series, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10E through the programme will get Rs 1,500 and Rs 2,000 respectively. Lastly, for Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note 10 Lite, one will get Rs 1,000 and Rs 1,500 respectively.

Benefits for Repeat customers and New WhatsApp Chatbot

Customers who do not want to repair their out-of-warranty Galaxy smartphones can now get a 5 per cent discount coupon when they visit an authorized Samsung Service Center. One can redeem it at Samsung Smart Cafes, Samsung Smart Plazas and Samsung e-Store. Customers using the discount coupon will be entitled to other existing market offers as well.

Moving on, the company has introduced a new WhatsApp Chatbot that will help customers to connect to the nearest Samsung SamartCafe. One can send ‘Hi’ message on Samsung SmartCafé WhatsApp number 9870-494949. With this, one can locate nearest Samsung SmartCafe. One can also buy online from the store, book a Home Demo, request a call back from store and more. Moreover, customers will receive an electronic invoice for their transaction on WhatsApp.
