Today, South Korean smartphone and electronics giant Samsung introduced its new 35W Power Adapter Duo in India. The new Samsung 35W Power Adapter Duo offers simultaneous charging support and universal compatibility alongside superfast charging.
Previous leaks had talked about the Samsung Power Adapter Trio (EP-T6530), which was set to offer three charging ports with 65W, 25W and 15W charging capabilities. Though it hasn’t been launched officially, it has been listed for sale in some regions in Europe with a price tag of EUR 56.
The Samsung Power Adepter Duo seems like a toned-down variant of Power Adapter Trio, and also doesn’t offer fast-charging speeds as high as 65W, however, good enough for a large number of users.
Samsung Power Adapter Duo: Details
The new Samsung Power Adapter Duo provides superfast charging with USB-C Power Delivery 3.0, up to 35 Watts, and USB-A delivers a maximum 15 Watt power. The adapter supports many devices, starting from smartphones and tablets to laptops, wireless chargers, smartwatches and even power banks.
The dual-port adapter is powerful enough for charging two devices simultaneously with a high output. Users can plugin, let’s say, a laptop to its USB-C port and a smartphone to the other USB-A port to charge both the devices simultaneously at 35W and 15W.

As the USB-C Port in Samsung 35W Power Adapter Duo supports PD 3.0, it is ideal for Samsung Galaxy smartphones. Users can charge their phones at superfast speed, and the electronics giant claims that it can cut the charging time by as much as 50%. The USB-A port supports 15W adaptive fast charging to charge Samsung devices quickly. Like many of Samsung’s products, especially smartphones, it is also manufactured in Noida.

The new Samsung 35W Power Adapter Duo is now available for purchase in India. The adapter comes with a price tag of Rs 2,299. Interested customers can buy it from retail stores across India alongside Samsung India’s online store and other prominent e-commerce sites like Amazon India and Flipkart.
