
Last week, Samsung launched the One UI 6 beta program for the Galaxy S23 series in the US, South Korea, and Germany. The newly introduced One UI 6 based on Android 14 OS bought in the new quick panel layout, changes to the lock screen and home screen, new emojis, and a new weather widget. Additionally, the update introduced an enhanced layout for notifications, a new default font, a custom camera widget, and several new features. In a recent development, the Samsung developer portal has confirmed that the One UI 6 beta will be available in China, India, Poland and the UK.
One UI 6 Software Update Might Release In India Later This Week
As of now, Samsung has not officially confirmed when it will seed the One UI 6 in the above-mentioned countries. However, we can expect the new software update to be released later this week in India and other markets. In order to install the One UI 6 beta update on the S23 series, users will have to enrol in the One UI 6 beta program. How To Join One UI 6 Beta Program?
- Download the Samsung member app from Google Play Store or Galaxy Store.
- Log in to your Samsung account and select “Registration for One UI Beta Program” in the home banner.
- Head over to Settings > Software update section.
- Download and install the update.
Do note that the update is only available for the Galaxy S23 series as of now. Additionally, before you install the update, make sure that you take a backup of your data. Samsung is also expected to release the One UI 6 software update for its other flagship devices, such as the Samsung Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy Z Fold 5, and Galaxy Z Flip 5, in the coming few weeks.

As mentioned above, the company’s latest One UI iteration brings in several changes.
