Samsung has taken to Twitter to begin teasing the launch of its new devices, slated for April 10, 2019. The company will be hosting “A Galaxy Event” on the day and would be unveiling a few smartphones in India. Although not much has been stated concerning the upcoming devices, we expect that the South Korean giant will most likely reveal the Galaxy A90 alongside the Galaxy A60 and the Galaxy A20. In the past few weeks, we have seen a slew of leaks encompassed around these three phones. Let’s dig out more details.
Galaxy Event On April 10; Unveiling Galaxy A90, A60, and A20
According to Samsung’s tweet, the event will be livestreamed for the fans. It does not seem to be a media event, which means that Samsung could just do an online launch for the new phones. It is nothing new for the brand as previously it did launch a few devices in the A-series online including the Galaxy A10, A30, and the A50. The image in the teaser seems to hint at three smartphones, which could be a subtle hint that we will get to see three devices launching on April 10.
There have been quite a few reports about the Galaxy A90; it is rumored that the phone will feature a 48MP sensor in the rear camera setup. It is also likely that Samsung could pitch the Galaxy A90 as a gaming phone, this speculation sprouted after the phone was spotted under the list of “Ultimate Gaming Devices” on Samsung’s US website. Besides, in contrast to previous reports, Samsung will be launching the Galaxy A90 globally instead of limiting it to China. The phone will be launched in Silver, Black, and Gold color options. It will feature 128GB of onboard storage and 6GB/8GB of RAM.

Rumored Specs for Galaxy A60, Galaxy S20
We recently reported about the Galaxy A60 receiving WiFi Alliance certification. The phone is expected to feature a 6.7-inch Infinity-U FHD+ Super AMOLED display. It will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor paired with up to 8GB of RAM. The phone is expected to feature 35MP + 8MP + 5MP triple rear cameras and a 32MP front-facing camera. A 4,000mAh battery is likely to back the device.
Back in February, we reported when the support page for the Galaxy A20 went live on Samsung’s Russia website. There is not a lot of information available concerning its specs, but reports have suggested that it will be in sync with the Galaxy A10 and Galaxy A30 that were unveiled last month. Well, a lot remains to be uncovered regarding the three phones that Samsung is expected to unveil in a few weeks. As for their rumored specs, we suggest our readers take them with a grain of salt. We will get to know all the confirmed specs as Samsung takes the veil off on April 10, 2019.
