At the time of Ugadi last month, Disney+ Hotstar had unveiled an intriguing selection of Telugu movies to be streamed on its platform. This April, Disney+ Hotstar will debut one of the Telugu series from the list. ‘Save the Tigers’ is the name of the Telugu web series. It will not be surprising that the title “Save the Tigers” gives the impression of being a documentary on wildlife and many may believe so. However, it is really a buddy comedy about three married men who are being emotionally abused and harassed by their controlling wives. These three henpecked men are the “tigers” in the series who require saving.

When and Where to Watch Save the Tigers
Digital giant Disney+ Hotstar has announced that it will premiere the Telugu comedy show Save the Tigers on its platform on April 27 and is now streaming the show. Announcing the show, the tweet of the streaming service read “#STTOnHotstar premieres April 27, only on @DisneyplusHSTel. Save the Tigers’ Season 1 will comprise 6 episodes in all. According to the tweet of the streaming service, it appears that the show will be a Telugu exclusive show, but the release of the trailer in Hindi, suggests that it will be also available for the North Indian markets.

Official trailer and Plot
Three couples’ lives are shown in the comedic drama Save the Tigers: Ganta Ravi and Hymavathi (played by Priyadarshi and Jordaar Sujatha), Goutam and Madhuri (by Abhinav Gomattam and Pavani Gangireddy), and Vikram and Deviyani (by Chaitanya Krishna and Deviyani). The show delves into the lives of three disgruntled men who meet by coincidence and form an immediate bond over their shared marital issues while at a bar. “Save the Tigers,” has received a tremendous reception from viewers. The trailer is filled with light humour and comedy that are dotted throughout the show’s characters.
In the series “Save the Tigers,” actors Priyadarshi, Krishna Chaitanya, and Abhinav Gotam play the three browbeaten husbands. Sujatha, Harsh Vardhan, and Pavani Gangireddy all have significant parts in the show. The web show “Save the Tigers” is directed by actor Teja Kakumanu. Mahi V. Raghav is the producer, and the series’ music was created by Ajay Arasada, while Shravan Katikaneni is the editor of the series. Pradeep Advaitham is the one who wrote it along with Vijay Namoju and S Anand Karthik.

On April 13, 2023, Disney+ Hotstar Telugu posted the Save the Tigers trailer to YouTube. It has so far received 11k views in Hindi and 360k views in Telugu. The one-minute, 37-second trailer establishes the expectation that the show will be nonstop fun and entertaining. Save the Tigers has generated quite a hype for itself.
