Filmmaker Prabhu Solomon’s Sembi, which also features Ashwin Kumar, is in theatres now. Thambi Ramaiah and Nila, a 10-year-old child actress who plays prominent roles, are also included in the cast. Nivas K Prasanna composed the film’s score, Jeevan cinematographed it, and Buvan edited the movie. Trident Arts and AR Entertainment worked together to produce it. Sembi Plot

The emotional drama of the movie centers on a victim of abuse and her grandmother’s fight for justice. Anbu, a bus, recounts the tales of its 24 passengers as it takes them from Kodaikanal to Dindigul. An innocent 10-year-old girl named Sembi is viciously raped by a group of juveniles. The remaining story is about a hot political subject and how the poor sufferer obtains justice. The majority of the movie takes place on a bus, and the incidents that occur there are both clap-worthy and cringe-worthy.

Reception

Sembi opened to mixed reviews both from the public and critics. Most of the critics have rated the movie as a one-time watch with its ordinary direction and technical aspects.
