Realme is gearing up for the launch of the 11 series in India. The company has already confirmed that it will launch its next number series smartphone in India in June. The exact launch date of the upcoming Realme 11 series is unknown at the moment. The company is expected to launch the Realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro+ 5G in India. Ahead of the launch, it looks like Realme has signed up a new brand ambassador for the upcoming number series devices. The company has reportedly signed Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan as its new brand ambassador in India.
A new report by 91Mobiles revealed an image, which shows the set of the ad shoot for the upcoming Realme products. The image obtained by 91Mobiles, citing its industry sources, revealed two chairs with the names Realme and Shah Rukh Khan written on them.
Realme is expected to make an official announcement soon about signing Shah Rukh Khan as the official brand ambassador for the 11 series.
The Realme 11 Pro series includes two devices. The 11 Pro+ 5G sits at the top of the lineup. There is also the 11 Pro, which borrows some key specs and features from its 11 Pro+ sibling. Realme 11 Pro Series Specifications
The 11 Pro+ 5G features a tall 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 × 2412 pixels. Like its predecessor, the phone has a curved AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout at the top centre. The chin bezel below the display is also quite thin at 2.33mm. As expected, there is support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The device offers support for 950 nits of peak brightness and HDR10+ certification.
On the back, there is a massive circular camera module for the triple-camera setup. The phone has a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor. It offers support for optical image stabilisation (OIS). There is also an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, the 11 Pro+ 5G has a 32MP front camera.
Under the hood, there is a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC. The phone has been launched in China with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. In India, we can expect Realme to launch the phone with 256GB of storage. The 11 Pro+ 5G packs a 4870mAh battery with 100W fast charging support.
The 11 Pro shares the display and processor with the Pro+ 5G variant. It also packs the same 4870mAh battery but offers 67W fast charging. On the back, the device has a dual-camera setup with a 100MP main camera and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, the device has a 16MP front camera.
The 11 Pro and 11 Pro+ 5G boot Android 13 out of the box and have Realme UI 4.0 on top. Both devices will be available for purchase via Flipkart when launched in India.
