Sony is offering the latest WF-100XM5 in Black and Platinum Silver colours in India. It can be purchased from Sony Center, Amazon India, and leading retail outlets in the country. The latest TWS earbuds from Sony is priced at Rs 24,990.
However, those who pre-book the device from September 27 to October 15 will get a cashback of Rs 3,000, bringing the price down to Rs 21,990. Additionally, Sony is also offering a complimentary SRS-XB100 portable speaker worth Rs 4,990 with all pre-booking orders.

The Sony WF-1000XM5 is being touted as the best noise-cancelling headphones by the brand. It comes with an in-ear design, which Sony claims to be 25% more compact and 20% lighter compared to its predecessor, the Sony WF-1000XM4. The latest launch is IPX4 rate, which means it comes with a water and sweat-resistant design ideal for daily wear.
The new Sony WF-1000XM5 is equipped with two processors – Sony Integrated Processor V2 and HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN2e. These two chipsets are intended to control three HD mics on each earbud to capture more ambient sound and deliver unmatched noise-cancelling performance. Additionally, the new polyurethane ear tips help in effective noise isolation to further enhance noise cancellation.
Coming to the audio output, the Sony WF-1000XM5 has Dynamic Driver X with a new diaphragm structure for a fuller and richer sound quality. The audio quality is further enhanced by Hi-Res Audio support with LDAC on Android. The earbuds also feature DSEE Extreme technology, which upscales low-quality audio in real time. Moreover, the Sony Connect app will notify users when the charging case battery drops below 30%.
