T20 World Cup: Watch India vs Pakistan and More Matches in Cinema Hall as Inox Ties Up With ICC

India will play five group stage matches.


The T20 World Cup is less than a week away. The eighth ICC Men’s T20 World Cup tournament will be held in Australia from 16 October to 13 November 2022. Ahead of the T20 World Cup, leading multiplex brand, INOX will live stream all the Indian matches on the big screen across the country.

INOX has signed an agreement with the International Cricket Council (ICC) to stream all the matches that India will play in the upcoming T20 World Cup starting with the match against Pakistan on October 23rd. INOX will host live matches in over 25 cities across and to get tickets, interested users can book on apps like BookMyShow, and PayTM, or purchase the tickets at the box office.

As of today, INOX is present in 74 cities and has over 700 screens and overall, china has over 1.5 lakh seating capacity. A few months back, INOX announced a merger with PVR. Interested users can visit any of the nearest INOX to enjoy the match on the big screen. India will start their campaign against arch-rivals, Pakistan on October 23rd at Melbourne. Next, India will take on the Group A runner-up on October 27th at Sydney. India will then take on South Africa (Oct 30th, Perth), Bangaladesh (Nov 2nd, Adelaide), and the Group B winner on November 6th at Melbourne for the group stage game.

If India qualifies for the semifinal and finals, INOX is also expected to showcase that matches as well. The T20 World Cup 2022 will start on October 16th but, the group stage or Super 12 matches will start on the 22nd. As of now the teams that are qualified include 一 Australia, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Bangladesh, England, and Afghanistan. Indonesia, South Korea, Japan, Namibia, Sri Lanka, UAE, Netherlands, West Indies, Ireland, and Scotland will fight for the other four spots.

As for the pricing, the cost per ticket will vary based on the city, but it should ideally be closer to the cost of a movie ticket.
