Tecno, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer, has expanded its phone lineup in the Philippines market today with the launch of its latest Tecno Pova 2. The smartphone comes with highlighted features like MediaTek chipset, massive 7,000mAh battery, 128GB storage, punch-hole design, rectangular shared rear-camera setup, and a lot more among the others. Tecno Pova 2 Price
The Tecno Pova 2 in the Philippines is priced at PHP 7,990 (approx USD 167 or Rs 12,000). According to the company, the smartphone will be available for sale only in 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The brand confirmed that the handset will be up for grabs in the black colour option. Tecno Pova 2 Specifications
The Tecno Pova 2 flaunts a 6.9-inch IPS LCD panel which comes with a Full HD+ resolution. The screen of the budget segment phone features a standard 60Hz refresh rate along with a punch-hole camera cutout design to make room for the selfie camera sensor. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Tecno Pova 2 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, clubbed with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage. If that is not enough then you can also expand the storage via a microSD card.
As far as cameras are concerned the Tecno Pova 2 sports a quad-camera setup at the back which fits under a rectangular-shaped bump placed at the top left corner of the rear panel. The camera module includes a 48 megapixels main camera accompanied by a 2 megapixels macro sensor, a 2 megapixels depth sensor, a 2 megapixels sensor for AI photography along an LED flash. At the front, it houses an 8-megapixel camera sensor for selfies and video calls.
The smartphone packs a 7,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support and comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for one-touch unlocking. The handset runs on Android 11 on top of HiOS 7.6 out of the box.
