Tecno might be prepping up to launch a new handset in the Pova lineup. The upcoming Tecno Pova 3 with model number LF7 was spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards last month by tipster Paras Guglani. Now, the same tipster has leaked the specifications of the successor of last year’s Tecno Pova 2.
Guglani claims that the upcoming Pova series device will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G88. The handset is said to offer a 90Hz refresh rate display, 50MP camera setup, and a 7000mAh battery unit. Let us take a closer look at the Tecno Pova 3 (leaked) specifications.

Tecno Pova 3 Specifications Leaked
The Tecno Pova 3 is said to offer a 6.9-inch Full HD+ display with a 1080 × 2460 pixel resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The handset will reportedly make room for the selfie shooter inside a punch hole notch. It is not clear if Tecno will offer an LCD display or an AMOLED display with the Pova 3. However, we can expect it to come with an LCD display since the Pova 3 will likely be a mid-range handset.
Under the hood, the Pova 3 is said to sport an octa-core MediaTek Helio G88 processor – fabbed on an 8nm manufacturing process. The Helio G88 is a marginal improvement over the Helio G85 which powers last year’s Tecno Pova 2. The Pova 3 is said to come in two configurations – 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB.
The tipster claims that the upcoming Pova series device will be equipped with a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP primary shooter and a quad-LED flash. For selfies and video calls, it is said to offer an 8MP front shooter with dual-LED flashes.
Similar to its predecessor, the Pova 3 might offer a 7000mAh battery unit. However, this time, the brand is said to offer faster 33W fast charging compared to 18W on the Pova 2. The Pova 3 is said to measure 173.1 mm × 78.46mm × 9.44mm.
