Vodafone Idea, or Vi, has launched a new recharge plan in the country. The latest plan from the telco is a value-added pack that has been listed under the Others tab on the website. According to the official website, the new pack is intended to inform users of the missed calls they receive. The missed call reminders will be sent to the users’ smartphones through the Vi app notifications. Here are all details about the latest recharge pack from the telecom operator.
Vi Rs 45 Recharge Plan Launched in India: Here are the Details
A new value-added recharge plan has been listed on the official website of Vodafone-Idea, or Vi. The new plan has been priced at Rs 45 and is placed under the Others tab on the website. According to the pack details, those recharging with this new plan will get a 6-month subscription for missed call alerts on the Vi app. The pack comes with a validity of 180 days. There are no other benefits associated with this pack. This recharge plan is perfect for you if you receive many calls and miss most of them.
The Others tab on the website is home to other value add packs like Sports Pack, Caller Tunes, Games Pack, Contest Pack, Star Talk Pack, and more. Vi also offers long-validity packs for these plans. These packs provide SMS alerts for sports scores, contests, celebrity talks, etc. The telco also offers more STD minutes and SMS packs under this category.

It’s clear that the telecom operator is trying to win its subscribers with more value-added options and recharge varieties. Recently, Vodafone-Idea (Vi) announced new recharge offers for its users in India. As part of the offer, users can get an additional 5GB of data on recharges done via the Vi app. However, this offer is only valid on ‘Maha recharges’ priced above Rs 199.
According to the offer, those recharging between Rs 199 and Rs 299 will get an additional 2GB of data. And those recharging with plans above Rs 299 will get 5GB of extra data. The additional free data will be valid only for three days, and after that, it will expire. The offer is applicable only on recharges done via the Vi app. According to the telecom operator, the extra data can be used in the Vi suite of apps to watch cricket, movies, videos, listen to music, etc.
