Official Trailer and Plot
Returning to the village of his mother, Rudravanam, which is preparing for a Modamamba Thalli jatara, Surya (Sai Dharam Tej) seems to be very happy. Harischandra Prasad, the local sarpanch (Rajeev Kanakala), and the rest of the neighbourhood are busy making preparations for the jatra. Surya develops a strong attraction to Nandini (Samyuktha), the daughter of the sarpanch. The past seems to be beckoning even as these two and another couple in the town appear to be involved in romance. The story moves when Surya searches for the cause of a series of occurrences that result in several deaths and revolves around this.
The film stars Sai Dharam Tej, Samyukta Menon, Naresh, Pragathi, and Posani Krishna Murali. Virupaksha is directed by Karthik Varma Dandu and written by Sukumar.
