Vivo has officially announced the launch date of the Vivo S17 series. As per the information shared by Vivo, the upcoming Vivo S17 series will launch on May 31 in China. The Vivo S17 series will likely include two devices such as the Vivo S17 and the Vivo S17 Pro. Per the latest information revealed by Digital Chat Station, the Vivo S17 will be powered by Snapdragon 782 processor, while the S17 Pro will be equipped with Dimensity 8200 processor. The recent leak also suggests that both these devices will feature a 50MP front-facing camera.


Vivo S17, S17 Pro Specifications (Expected)

Speculations are rife that both the S17 and the S17 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with curved edges. These phones are supposed to offer a Full HD+ resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate. As for security purposes, both handsets might feature an under-display fingerprint sensor. As mentioned above, the vanilla S17 model is said to come with Snapdragon 782 processor, while the S17 Pro variant might ship with Dimensity 8200 chipset.

The Vivo S17 might come with 8GB/12GB of RAM along with 128GB/256GB of internal storage. On the other hand, the S17 Pro might debut with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. In terms of imaging, the S17 is likely to feature a 64MP primary camera with OIS support on the backside. The S17 Pro might boast a 50MP camera with OIS support.
