Vivo, last week, introduced the Vivo T2 series in the Indian market. The Vivo T2 series consists of two smartphones – the Vivo T2x 5G and Vivo T2 5G. The Vivo T2x, the cheaper of the duo, will be available for purchase for the first time today in the country. The Vivo T2x is one of the first MediaTek Dimensity 6020 powered smartphones in the Indian market.

The Vivo T2x also happens to be one of the cheapest 5G enabled smartphones in the country. The smartphone offers a Full HD+ display and a 50MP camera setup. Vivo T2x: Price in India, Launch Offers, and Availability

The Vivo T2x price in India is Rs 12,999 for the 4GB + 128GB configuration. The handset also comes in 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB configurations that is priced at Rs 13,999 and Rs 15,999 respectively.

As a launch offer, Vivo is offering a flat Rs 1000 discount with ICICI and HDFC Bank Debit and Credit Card transactions. The company is also bundling Vivo Colour Earphones as a freebie with each purchase of the Vivo T2x made through Vivo Store.

The Vivo T2x will be available for purchase starting at 12:00 PM, today (April 21) exclusively through Flipkart and Vivo Store.

Under the hood, the all-new T-series smartphone sports an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor that brings with it an integrated Mali G57 GPU. It packs up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage.

The Vivo T2x comes equipped with a dual-rear camera setup that includes a 50MP primary shooter, a 2MP depth sensor, and an LED flash. For selfies and video calls, it offers an 8MP front shooter. The Vivo T2x is backed by a 5000mAh battery unit and 18W fast charging support. It makes use of a Type-C port for charging and data transfers.

The Vivo T2x comes in Aurora Gold, Marine Blue, and Glimmer Black colour options. It sports a side-mounted fingerprint scanner which is embedded into the power button. The smartphone weighs 184 grams and measures 164.05 × 75.6 × 8.15mm. It packs a 3.5mm audio jack and offers a (hybrid) micro-SD card slot as well.
