Vivo V19 Official Teasers Released; Reveals Single Punch-hole Camera, Rear Design

We’ve been hearing about the Vivo V19 since last December. The first set of leaks and rumors regarding the smartphone suggested that it could launch in Q1 2020. And those reports have now turned out to be true. The Indonesian division of Vivo has updated the cover image of its Twitter account with a teaser image of Vivo V19, which not only confirms that the handset exists but it also hints towards the imminent launch of the device. Moreover, Vivo has made a few tweets that have teaser images of the V19, and they reveal plenty of specs regarding the smartphone.

Vivo V19 Official Specifications

The cover image of Vivo’s Twitter account has a silhouette of the Vivo V19 in it, which shows that the handset will have a single punch-hole in its display, which will be placed to the top right corner of the screen. The other teaser images reveal that the V19 will have a quad-camera setup at the rear, and USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack at the bottom. These teasers show the device in two color options – blue and pink – suggesting that those could be the two color schemes on offer when the phone goes on sale in the country.

While the brand is yet to reveal the other specifications of the smartphone, recent leaks and rumors suggest that the V19 could pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor, up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, Android 10 OS, a quad-camera setup at the rear comprising of a 64MP primary camera, 8MP ultrawide sensor, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor, a USB Type-C port, and a 4500mAh battery. The handset is said to launch in the Indian market on March 3, just before the commencement of the IPL 2020 sports championship in the country.
