The Chinese smartphone maker Vivo introduced the Vivo V21 smartphone in April this year. The brand also announced the Vivo V23e handset in Vietnam last month. The release of the a new smartphone in the Vivo V23 series suggested one way that Vivo is prepping up to launch the V23 lineup globally soon, including the Indian market. As of now, the company has introduced the Vivo V23 smartphone yet. However, as per new information coming from tipster Yogesh Brar in collaboration with 91Mobiles, Vivo will soon introduce the Vivo V23 5G smartphone in India this month.
Vivo V23 5G Tipped To Launch In India This Month
The upcoming Vivo V23 is tipped to come with an upgraded processor and better camera features than its predecessor, the Vivo V21 5G. Apart from the Vivo V23 5G, Vivo also could launch the Vivo V23e 5G and the Vivo V23 Pro alongside the Vivo V23 in India. While the company has not revealed the launch date of the Vivo V23 series for the Indian market yet, it is said that the launch will happen by the end of this year. As the days pass we might see Vivo start teasing the Vivo V23 series for the Indian market soon.
To recall the specifications of the Vivo V23 5G predecessor, i.e the Vivo V21 5G, the device flaunts a 6.4-inch AMOLED display that has a Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The display panel has 500 nits of peak brightness and HDR 10+ support. The device features a waterdrop-shaped notch at the front side which accommodates the selfie camera. On the backside the V21 5G sports a triple-camera setup which includes the 64MP primary camera sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro camera.
For selfies and video-calling purpose the V21 5G sports a 44MP camera. Under the hood the device is powered by Dimensity 800U chipset, which is accompanied by 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device packs a 4,000mAh battery that has 33W fast charging support. The smartphone has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security purpose. Last but not least the device also has a microSD card for further storage expansion.
