Vivo V25 Pro, the smartphone that former Indian Cricket Captain Virat Kohli teased recently, is all set to launch next month. The next month’s launch timeline corroborates an earlier report and the BIS listing we reported last week.
MySmartPrice has got some exclusive details on the upcoming V25 Pro smartphone.
The upcoming Vivo V25 Pro will feature the unique colour-changing technology with Fluorite AG Glass, MySmartPrice learnt from the industry sources. Notably, the feature was first seen on the Vivo V23 Pro that launched late last year, and it seems to have also been maintained by the company for the V25 Pro. This will mean that the back panel on the V25 Pro will change colour in the sunlight or when UV rays hit the rear of the phone.
The unique colour-changing feature was a USP of the V23 Pro and helped it stand out in its price segment, and the V25 Pro seems to be next to take advantage of this feature.
Vivo V25 Pro Key Specifications Confirmed
Next up, the V25 Pro will feature a 3D curved AMOLED display. The screen resolution will be Full-HD+, and the phone will support a 120Hz refresh rate.
Lastly, our industry sources confirmed that MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor would power Vivo V25 Pro. We have already seen the processor in some phones and can expect fantastic gaming prowess and decent battery capability. However, we will wait for the full review before giving our final word on the upcoming V25 Pro smartphone. Another feature that we can seemingly say confirmed is 5G support as the processor is a 5G enabled chip.

Notably, MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor is an octa-core processor built on a 6nm process. This is the same processor that powers many popular phones in a price range starting from Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000.
This may mean that the V25 Pro may go up against several rivals, including the OnePlus Nord 2T and Oppo Reno8. In addition, we can also expect the V25 Pro to go up against the Nothing Phone (1), considering it is available for under Rs 40,000 in India.
Vivo V25 Pro: What we know from Virat’s picture
The Vivo V25 Pro has already been teased by Virat Kohli, who shared the image on his social media platforms. We can expect the V25 Pro to be available in the Blue colour variant that Kohli can be seen holding. About the cameras, the V25 Pro may come with a triple camera setup with a capsule-like lens.
