Vivo has unveiled the Vivo V25 Pro 5G in India today as the first device in the V25 series. The V25 Pro 5G is the successor to the Vivo V23 Pro from last year. The new V25 Pro, like the last gen device, comes with a colour-changing back panel.

The V25 Pro features a fluorite Anti-Glare (AG) glass design, which changes the colour when sunlight or UV rays hit the back panel. The colour changes from blue to turquoise within seconds of the UV rays or sunlight hitting the back panel. The colour changing panel is available only on the Blue colour variant. Vivo V25 Pro: Price in India and Availability

The Vivo V25 Pro starts at Rs 35,999 in India for the 8GB+128GB storage and the 12GB+256GB storage for Rs 39,999. The phone will go on sale via Flipkart, Vivo e-store, and offline stores starting August 25th. The Vivo V25 Pro will be available in Pure Black and Sailing Blue colour options. Vivo V25 Pro: Specifications and Features

The Vivo V25 Pro comes with a 6.56-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2376 x 1080 pixels resolution, 120Hz screen refresh rate and support for HDR content. Under the hood, the device is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1300 with up to 3GHz clock speed, which also powers the devices like OnePlus Nord 2T, Reno 8, and more. This SoC is paired with Mali G77 MC9 GPU.

Further, the device comes with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. As for their software, it runs on Android 12 with FunTouch OS skin. In terms of optics, there is a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP f/1.89 main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. The phone comes with a 32MP eye autofocus selfie camera. The main camera on the back comes with optical image stabilization (OIS).

The V25 Pro draws power from the 4830mAh battery, which supports 66W fast charging. The device comes with a 3D curved screen with a narrow frame to offer a one-handed feel. Other features include Bluetooth 5.2, dual-band Wi-Fi, 190-gram weight and 8.62mm thickness.
