Vivo will launch the V27 Pro 5G in India on March 1. The company has confirmed that its new V series premium smartphone will be available for purchase via Flipkart soon after the launch. The device is also confirmed to sport a curved display with a hole-punch cutout. Vivo will announce other specifications of the phone on March 1. Ahead of the official launch, the V27 Pro 5G has been spotted on the Geekbench website. The listing on Geekbench has revealed some key details about the upcoming Vivo smartphone.

Vivo V27 Pro 5G Geekbench
The Vivo V27 Pro 5G will launch as a new premium smartphone in India. The phone is a successor to the Vivo V25 Pro, which was launched last year. Ahead of the launch, the V27 Pro has been spotted on the Geekbench website. The listing reveals that the phone has the model number V2230. As per the listing, the V27 Pro 5G draws power from a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. The SoC is also found in the iQOO Neo 7 5G in India.
The SoC has a peak clock speed of 3.1GHz for the prime core, followed by three performance cores clocked at 3.0GHz and four efficiency cores clocked at 2.0GHz. The variant of the V27 Pro listed on Geekbench has 8GB of RAM. We might also see a 12GB RAM variant of the phone.
The device runs Android 13 out of the box. As expected, the V27 Pro will have the company’s Funtouch OS 13 on top of Android. The Geekbench listing also reveals that the phone scored 1003 and 3936 in the single-core and multi-core tests.
Some details of the phone have leaked in the past. It is said to sport a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera. The device might also sport a 6.78-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout at the top centre. As stated above, the screen is curved towards the edges.
