Now, new information has surfaced on the web claiming that the Vivo S16 series smartphones will launch as the Vivo V27 series in the Indian market. The tipster has also claimed that the Vivo V27 series will launch in mid or end of February.

The tipster also says that Vivo is likely to make some changes to the Vivo S16 series devices and will launch those as the V27 series in the country. Let us take a closer look at the details.

The Vivo S16 and S16 Pro feature 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Full HD+ resolution, and HDR10+. Whereas, the S16e gets a 120Hz refresh rate AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution that measures 6.62 inches diagonally.
Under the hood, the Vivo S16e, S16, and S16 Pro sport octa-core Exynos 1080, Qualcomm Snapdragon 870, and MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processors respectively. Vivo makes use of up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM on the S16 Pro. Whereas, the S16 and S16e feature up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM. All three devices make use of UFS 3.1 storage and come pre-loaded with Android 13.
The Vivo S16 series smartphones are equipped with a 4600mAh battery unit and 66W fast charging support. The Vivo S16 Pro offers a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor and the Vivo S16 relies on a 64MP primary camera. The S16e also offers a 50MP primary shooter. The Vivo S16 and S16 Pro offer a 50MP front shooter for selfies and video calls. On the other hand, the Vivo S16e relies on a 16MP front shooter.
