Vivo V27 Series Poster Leaked
The Vivo V27 series will debut as a successor to the V25 series, which was launched last year in India. The devices are expected to launch soon. Ahead of the launch, the leaked poster confirms that the phones will launch in Green and Gold colour options at least. There will be a triple-camera setup on the back. The phones have a curved back and frame but the top and bottom edge seem to be flat. On the right edge, there are the power and volume buttons.
The LED flash is circular in shape. In addition to this, the poster confirms that the phones will feature optical image stabilisation (OIS) and electronic image stabilisation (EIS). There will be a 50MP main camera sensor. The poster confirms that the V27 series will feature Sony IMX766 main camera sensor. The phones could also feature a 50MP front camera, which is also found in the S16 series in China.
In addition to this, the V27 series will be among the thinnest of smartphones out there. The V27 series will be 7.4mm thin and come with a curved screen as well. The devices will launch with up to 12GB of RAM and 8GB of Extended RAM support. There will also be up to 256GB of internal storage. The V27 series in India should also support 66W fast charging out of the box, according to the leaked poster.
If the phones will have the same battery pack as the S16 series, then the V27 series will pack a 4600mAh battery. The V27 Pro 5G is also said to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, which further suggests that the phone will be a rebadged S16 Pro 5G from China.
The V27 5G, on the other hand, is rumoured to feature a brand new MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC under the hood. The device was spotted on the Geekbench website with a MediaTek SoC MT6886V. The SoC has a peak clock speed of 2.0GHz and features a Mali-G610 MC4 GPU.
Both phones are expected to boot Android 13 out of the box. They will have a layer of Funtouch OS 13 on top of Android. According to a recent leak, the V27 5G will be priced at around Rs 35,000 for the base model. The V27 Pro 5G will be priced under Rs 40,000.
