The Vivo smartphone lineup for the coming months will include the V27 series, Y100 and Y78. iQOO, on the other hand, will launch the iQOO Z7 series soon in India.
Both companies are yet to confirm the official launch details. Meanwhile, a report by PriceBaba, citing tipster Paras Guglani, has revealed some key details of the Vivo V27 series, Y100, Y78 and the iQOO Z7 series.
The report has uploaded the official moniker and the associated model number of the respective devices mentioned above. Starting with the Vivo V27 series, the vanilla model with 4G support has the model number V2231, whereas the V27 5G has the model number V2246. The Vivo V27 Pro carries the model number V2230. There will also the Vivo V27e 5G, which has the model number V2237.
The V27 series in India is said to feature some of the key specifications and features from the China-exclusive S16 series. The lineup in China includes three devices. These are the S16e, S16 5G and S16 Pro 5G. The V27 series is rumoured to launch by the middle or end of February in India. Vivo is yet to confirm the official launch date of the devices.
The Y100, on the other hand, will be the most premium smartphone in the series. It is tipped to be priced around Rs 27,000 in India. According to the PriceBaba report, the phone’s India variant has the model number V2239. The global variant, on the other hand, has the model number V2240.
There is also the Vivo Y78 5G, which will launch as a new mid-range smartphone in India. The phone is said to have the model number V2223. Vivo also has a Y78+ 5G for the Chinese market, which has the model number V2271A.
Moving on to the iQOO Z7 series, the lineup is likely to include two devices. These are the Z7 5G and Z7 Pro 5G. The iQOO Z7 5G will have the model number I2207, whereas the Pro model will have the model number I2213. The company will launch the Z7 and Z7x in China with the model number V2270A and V2272A, respectively.
