Vivo recently started teasing the launch of a new smartphone in India. The micro-site confirms that Vivo will soon launch Vivo V29e smartphone in India. A tipster hinted that Vivo might launch the vanilla Vivo V29 5G smartphone soon in India. Later, 91Mobiles Hindi and 91Mobiles revealed the renders, price range and specifications of the upcoming smartphone. Vivo has officially revealed some key specifications and renders of the forthcoming V29e smartphone.
Vivo V29e Confirmed Specifications
The upcoming V29e smartphone will continue to follow in the footsteps of its predecessors in terms of online availability. Flipkart has also created a dedicated micro-site apart from Vivo’s micro-site for the upcoming V29e smartphone confirming the Flipkart availability of the smartphone. The Flipkart micro-site confirms the moniker and renders of the forthcoming device.
The micro-site confirms that the upcoming device will be equipped with a 3D curved screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Vivo claims the screen will have a 58.7-degree curvature for a better viewing experience. The listing confirms that the device will have a thickness of 7.5mm. Vivo claims the forthcoming device has the lowest thickness in the Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 segment.
Vivo’s micro-site confirms that the smartphone will have a rear panel in a glossy finish with geometrical shapes on the left and leather texture on the right. Vivo confirms that the device will be available in a colour-changing variant. The company demonstrates that the maroon-coloured rear panel changing to Black colour. The upcoming smartphone will be available in Artistic Red variant and Artistic Blue colour options.
The micro-site listing reveals that the smartphone will have a centred punch-hole cut-out with slim bezels on the top. Vivo reveals that the device will weigh around 180.5 grams with a 2.29mm one-piece narrow frame. The company confirms that the smartphone will have a 50MP selfie camera with Eye Autofocus. Vivo also teases that the Vivo V29e will have a primary 64MP rear camera with OIS.
The company claims the smartphone will have dedicated capabilities for shooting portraits at night. Vivo doesn’t reveal any other specifications of the smartphone. The renders revealed by Vivo confirm that the device will feature a dual-rear camera setup with an LED flash. A recent report hints that Vivo will launch the smartphone in 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB configurations. Previously, the GeekBench listing of the smartphone confirmed that the device will sport Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G or 480+ 5G SoC.
