Vivo has dropped some new teasers of the X Note ahead of the launch. The company, earlier today, confirmed the colour options and design of its premium smartphone in China. The X note will debut in China on April 11 alongside the Vivo Pad and the X Fold foldable smartphone. Vivo is expected to launch all three devices in India later this year. 

The company has not yet confirmed the launch details of the devices for markets outside China. While we wait for that, let’s take a look at the Vivo X Note colour options, specifications, features and other details ahead of the official launch.

Vivo X Note Colour Options Teased

Vivo will launch the X Note as its ultra-premium smartphone in China on April 11. The Android flagship will launch in three colour options. The X Note will have shades of Blue, Black and Grey. It looks like the device will have a vegan leather finish on the back. The company is expected to drop more details about it in the coming days as we get closer to the launch.


As mentioned previously, the X Note will have a rectangular block on the top portion of the back panel. It has a circular camera module resting on top of this rectangular block. Details of the camera sensors have not been officially confirmed yet. However, reports from the rumour mill suggest that the phone will feature a 50MP main camera sensor. In addition to this, there will be a 48MP ultrawide camera. The smartphone will also come with a 12MP portrait camera with 2x zoom and an 8MP periscope camera with 5x zoom support.

The front display is curved and sports a hole-punch cutout at the top centre. It will sport a 7-inch AMOLED panel with a 2K resolution. The phone is expected to come with a 120Hz refresh rate display. Whether or not it will have an LTPO 2.0 panel remains unknown at the moment.

The Vivo premium smartphone will come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC under the hood. The device will be available in multiple storage configurations. One can expect it to come with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone will also pack a 5000 mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging, 50W wireless charging. It will boot Android 12 out of the box with a layer of Origin OS Ocean on top.
