
Vivo is gearing up to launch its X100 series in China soon. Ahead of the official announcement, the specifications and live image of the base Vivo X100 variant have been leaked online. The leaked live image is in line with the design render of the X100 smartphone previously revealed by the company. Following its launch in China, the Vivo X100 is expected to be announced at a later stage in India as well, though a specific timeline or an official confirmation is unclear at this point.
As for specifications, the Vivo X100 is tipped to ship with a Mediatek Dimensity 9300 processor, a triple rear camera setup, a 5,000mAh battery, and more. The smartphone is set to launch alongside the X100 Pro, and X100 Pro+ smartphones on November 13. Vivo Watch 3 will also make its debut alongside the X100 series smartphones. Vivo X100 Design Revealed In Live Image
Vivo X100 live image was posted on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo by user ‘You old Xu a’ (translated from Chinese). The smartphone has been revealed in a light blue colour variant and shows off the blue ripple glass finish. The smartphone design looks similar to that in the design render posted by Vivo product manager Han Boxiao.

The back cover has a glossy finish and a huge circular rear camera module, which includes rear camera lenses, can be seen as well. The LED flash unit is placed outside of the rear camera module on the top right. The Vivo branding is placed on the bottom of the back cover.
Vivo X100 Specifications (Leaked)
Vivo X100 is expected to launch in India as well, given support for NavIC was spotted as well along with its specifications (via 91Mobiles). For those unaware, NavIC or Navigation with Indian Constellation is India’s navigation satellite system, which has been developed by the country’s space agency ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation).
In addition, the full specifications of Vivo X100 were spotted by 91Mobiles. The smartphone is tipped to sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800×1260 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It could be powered by a Mediatek Dimensity 9300, which is based on a 4nm architecture module.
Further, the triple rear camera setup on the X100 will include a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.6 aperture, a 50MP secondary ultrawide sensor with f/2.0 aperture and optical image stabilisation (OIS), and a 64MP periscope lens with f/2.6 aperture and OIS. The camera will also support 3X optical zoom, 100X digital zoom, and a laser focus system. The front camera is said to be a 32MP one with f/2.0 aperture.
Vivo X100 is said to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging. It will reportedly run the company’s OriginOS 4, which will be based on Android 14. The phone is said to measure 164×75.2×8.5mm and weigh 205 grams. Connectivity options on the Vivo X100 are tipped to be Bluetooth 5.4, IR sensor, WiFi 7, and NFC.
