Vivo X80 Pro with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, 50MP Quad-Camera Setup Launched in India: Price, Specifications

The phone goes on sale starting May 25 via Vivo E-Store, Flipkart and other partner stores. As part of the launch offers, customers with an HDFC Bank card can claim a Rs 7,000 discount by pre-booking the X80 Pro.

The X80 Pro comes with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution. The screen has a hole-punch cutout at the top centre for the front camera. It also supports a 120Hz refresh rate and also features an in-display fingerprint scanner.

There is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC under the hood. The phone comes with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. There is a 4700 mAh battery packed inside. The device supports 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. You get an 80W charging adapter in the box.

In terms of cameras, the X80 Pro has a quad-camera setup. It has a 50MP Samsung GN5 main camera with an f/1.57 aperture. There is also a 48MP ultrawide camera. The phone has a 12MP portrait camera and an 8MP periscope camera with 5x optical zoom. For selfies and video calls, the X80 Pro has a 32MP front camera. To help enhance the camera performance, the phone also comes with a custom-developed V1+ ISP.

The device runs Android 12 out of the box and has a layer of Funtouch OS 12 on top. It supports WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, 5G, 4G VoLTE, etc.
