Vivo is gearing up for the launch of the X90 series. The company will launch the X90 series in China on November 22. The X90 series is also expected to launch in other markets in the coming weeks. We can expect the devices to debut in India by December 2022 or the first quarter of 2023. The company has not confirmed any details about the India launch timeline. However, it looks like the launch is imminent as the X90 5G has been spotted on the Geekbench website.

Vivo X90 Specifications

The Vivo X90 5G India variant has been spotted on the Geekbench website ahead of its launch. The phone will debut in China on November 22. Ahead of the China launch, the Indian variant of the X90 5G has been spotted on the Geekbench website. The listing reveals that the phone features a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC under the hood. The SoC was unveiled earlier this year and comes with a peak clock speed of 3.05GHz. It has three performance cores clocked at 2.85GHz and four efficiency cores at 1.8GHz. The processor is paired with a Mali-G715-Immortalis GPU.

The variant listed on the Geekbench website has 12GB of RAM. We can expect Vivo to launch the phone with 8GB of RAM as well. It is likely to launch with 128GB/ 256GB storage options. The phone scored 1323 and 3332 in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests.

The listing also confirms that the phone runs Android 13 out of the box. It will have a layer of Origin OS 3 on top of Android.

Other details of the phone have leaked as well. The X90 is said to sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 2800×1260-pixel resolution. There will be support for a 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate.

On the back, the phone will feature a triple-camera setup. There will be a 50MP Sony IMX866 main camera sensor, a 12MP ultrawide camera and a 12MP portrait sensor with 2x optical zoom. For selfies, the phone will come with a 32MP front camera. There will be a 4,810mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging.
