Vivo has quietly unveiled a new smartphone dubbed the Vivo Y11 in India. The Vivo Y11 is an entry-level smartphone and has already been launched in Vietnam. We got to know about the Indian launch of the device courtesy of an exclusive report by 91Mobiles. The prime features of the device are a 5,000mAh battery and a waterdrop notch display. Well, let’s not restrict ourselves to just that and have a look at the full specifications, features, and the price of the Vivo Y11.

Vivo Y11: Price in India

The Vivo Y11 comes in a single memory variant in India – 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage and is priced at ₹ 8,990 in the country. The device is available in two color variants – Coral Red and Jade Green. As said, since the Vivo Y11 is a budget smartphone and it comes with modest specifications. First up, the display of the Vivo Y11 is a 6.35-inch HD+ panel with a resolution of 1,544 × 720 pixels. The company has dubbed the display of the Vivo Y11 as “FullView Halo display,” which comes with a waterdrop notch at the top. The waterdrop notch makes room for the device’s front camera, but more on the cameras later. The display of the Vivo Y11 gives a pixel count of 268 pixels per inch. The smartphone measures 159.43 × 76.77 × 8.92mm and weighs 190.5 grams. The power button and the volume buttons are on the right side of the device.

Coming to the processing power of the Vivo Y11, the device is powered with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 chipset, which, as mentioned, is paired with an Adreno 505 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The storage is further expandable with the help of an external SD card. At the software front, the Vivo Y11 runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box with Vivo’s very own custom skin dubbed FunTouch OS 9 cooked on top of it.

For the photography lovers out there, the Vivo Y11 features a dual rear camera setup that consists of a 12MP primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP secondary unit with f/2.4 aperture. The camera module is paired with an LED flash. At the front, the Vivo Y11 features an 8MP selfie shooter. There is a 5,000mAh battery fueling the device, but we won’t find any quick charging with it. To add to it, the Vivo Y11 features a dated MicroUSB 2.0 charging port.

Connectivity options include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS + GLONASS, microUSB, and OTG.
