Vivo is prepping up for the launch of two new devices – the Vivo Y33s and the Vivo Y21 in India as early as next week. The launch information of these two devices along with specifications and design is leaked by 91Mobiles. As of now the official launch date of these handsets isn’t revealed by Vivo yet. However, according to 91Mobiles Vivo should launch the Vivo Y33s and the Vivo Y21 in India next week. If we have a look at the specifications revealed by 91Mobiles, the Vivo Y33s will feature a 6.58-inch display, a 50MP triple-camera setup, and a SM-526B/DS battery. On the other hand, the Vivo Y21 key specifications are tipped to include a 6.51-inch HD+ display, 4GB of RAM, a 13MP dual-camera setup, and a 5000mAh battery.
Vivo Y33s, Vivo Y21 Specifications Revealed
If we go by the poster of these handsets revealed by 91Mobiles, both the Vivo Y33s and the Vivo Y21 will feature a water-drop notch display and a square-shaped camera module. The Vivo Y21 is expected to come with a 6.51-inch display. The display panel might offer HD+ 1600 × 720 pixels resolution and an 89% screen-to-body ratio. Powering the phone under the hood might be MediaTek’s Helio P35 chipset. The device is expected to ship with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. The Y21 might also have 1GB Virtual RAM support for better multitasking. As for the optics purpose, the Y21 is tipped to feature a dual-camera setup on the back. The rear-facing camera module might include a 13MP main camera and a 2MP macro lens. Upfront the phone is expected to feature an 8MP selfie camera.
The whole package might draw power from a 5000mAh battery. The device is expected to offer 18W fast charging support. Basic connectivity options the handset is supposed to include consist: 4G connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0, and Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and 5GHz. The phone is supposed to incorporate a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security purpose.
Moving onto the Y33s specifications, this upcoming smartphone is rumoured to feature a 6.58-inch FHD+ 2408 × 1080 display. Under the hood the Y33s is expected to make use of MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. The phone might pack 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device is tipped to offer 4GB Virtual RAM support. On the software front, the Y21 is said to run Android 11 out of the box with FuntouchOS 11.1 skin.
The optics department of the Vivo Y33s is supposed to be handled by a triple-camera setup. The rear-facing camera module might consist of a 50MP primary camera, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies and video-calling purpose, the Y33s is said to sport a 16MP camera. Similar to the Y21, the Vivo Y33s is also said to ship with a 5000mAh battery which might offer 18W fast charging. Connectivity-wise the Y21 might offer 4G LTE support, Bluetooth 5.0, and Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
