Vivo Y27 5G’s design and complete specifications have been leaked in the latest leak. The leak comes from the tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz), who has posted high-resolution renders of the device revealing the design and colour variants of the Vivo Y27 5G. The same tipster has also revealed the core specifications of the upcoming smartphone, leaving nothing to the imagination ahead of the launch. New Leaked Renders Reveal the Design and Colours of the Vivo Y27 5G
The Vivo Y27 5G will come in Purple and Black colours.
The latest leak from PassionateGeekz offers our first glimpse at the Vivo Y27 5G set to launch this month. The high-resolution renders reveal that the smartphone will come in Obsidian Black and Star Purple colours, as you can see above. We can see that the black variant will have a silky matte finish, whereas the purple model seems to be flaunting a shimmery aurora finish with a multicolour hue.
The smartphone has an industrial design with a rounded boxy chassis. The back panel houses a squarish dual-camera module, seen on many affordable smartphones from the likes of OPPO and OnePlus. The module has two large camera cutouts with a single circular LED flash on the side. You can spot the physical power and volume buttons on the device’s left edge. The front of the smartphone is dominated by a waterdrop notch display with a large chin.
The same tipster has also revealed the core specifications of the upcoming smartphone. According to the leak, the smartphone will come with a 6.64-inch IPS LCD display with FHD+ resolution and 600nits peak brightness. At its core, the phone will have the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 5G processor to drive the performance. As per Guglani, the phone will come in a single variant with 6GB RAM and 120GB storage. It will support expandable virtual RAM.
In the camera department, the smartphone is said to come with a 50MP primary camera backed by a 2MP secondary sensor on the back. The waterdrop notch on the front is tipped to house an 8MP selfie camera. Other features of the smartphone include Android 13-based Funtouc OS 13, IP54 rating, and 44W fast charging. The tipster has not revealed the battery capacity of the device, but a recent NCC listing has revealed that it will feature a 5,000mAh battery.
There’s no word on the India launch of the smartphone, but it’s expected to launch globally this month. However, a recent leak suggested that the brand might launch the Vivo Y27 4G in India this month with identical specs and a similar design but MediaTek Helio G85 SoC.
