Vivo continues to launch new Y-series smartphones in various markets. The company has launched the Vivo Y52t as its new budget smartphone. The Vivo Y52t is a 5G smartphone and has been launched in China. We can expect the phone to launch in other markets as well. The Y52t global launch details are currently under wraps.

Vivo has launched the Y52t 5G in two storage options. The base 8GB RAM variant comes with 128GB of internal storage and is priced at CNY 1,299 (roughly Rs 14,900). There is also an 8GB + 256GB storage option, which is priced at CNY 1,499 (Roughly Rs 17,000). The phone arrives in three colours – Ice Lake Blue, Coconut Peach, and Black.


In terms of specifications, the Y52t 5G has a 6.56-inch IPS LCD. The screen has an HD+ resolution and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. It also comes with 600 nits of peak brightness.

Under the hood, the phone has a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. There is a 5000 mAh battery with support for 10W charging. The phone supports a storage microSD card up to 1TB.

There is a dual-camera setup on the back. The phone has a 13MP primary camera setup and a 2MP secondary sensor. The phone also features an 8MP front camera sensor inside the waterdrop notch.
