Vivo Y76 5G With MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, 8GB RAM Surfaces on Geekbench Ahead of November 23 Launch

To those unaware, the marketing name for the MT6833V is MediaTek Density 700. The MediaTek Dimensity 700 makes use of 2x Cortex-A76 cores with 2.2Ghz frequency and 6x Cortex-A55 cores with 2.0GHz frequency. It is built on TSMC’s 7nm fabrication process and comes with an integrated ARM Mali-G57 MP2 GPU and 5G modem. This is the same processor that powers several mid-range handsets such as Redmi Note 10 5G, POCO M3 Pro 5G, Realme 8 5G, and Samsung Galaxy A22 5G to name a few.

Geekbench listing also reveals the presence of 8GB RAM on the upcoming Vivo handset. It will boot Android 11, with Vivo’s proprietary FunTouch OS skin on top.

Vivo Y76 5G: Features and Specifications

The upcoming Vivo handset has already been leaked in the past. The Vivo Y76 5G is said to pack a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate. It is said to be equipped with a 4,100mAh battery unit and 44W fast-charging support.

Vivo has already confirmed the presence of a triple-rear camera setup on the handset. The primary 50MO sensor on the device will get accompanied by a 2MP portrait and a 2MP macro sensor. It is said to offer a 16MP shooter for selfies and video calls. The Vivo Y76 5G might retail in Cosmic Aurora and Midnight Space colours.
