Vivo is all set to launch the Vivo Y77 5G smartphone on July 7 in Malaysia. The company has started sharing the teasers for the upcoming launch on social media channels. Ahead of the launch, the renders, specifications, and the price of the upcoming Vivo Y-series device have now surfaced online, courtesy of Rootmygalaxy. As per the leaked information, the upcoming mid-range handset will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor.

The renders reveal that the upcoming Vivo Y-series handset will launch in two colour options – Glowing Galaxy and Starlight Black. The handset appears to have a design language similar to that of the Vivo Z6 Pro. The front panel of the device will feature a waterdrop notched display.
On the back panel, a triple-rear camera setup can be seen inside a huge rectangular camera module. Both the auxiliary lenses will be placed inside a circular module.

The Vivo Y77 5G is said to offer a 6.58-inch Full HD+ display with a 60Hz refresh rate and a water drop notch. The handset might come equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor. It is said to launch in a single configuration – 8GB + 256GB. The device might ship with FunTouchOS 12, based on Android 12.
The upcoming Y-series device is said to come with a 5000mAh battery unit and 18W fast charging support. The device might offer a 50MP primary camera and a 16MP front camera. It will offer a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a micro-SD card slot.
The leaked information suggests that the Vivo Y77 5G will be priced at RMB 1,299 which translates to about Rs 15,000.
