The smartphone will offer a 6.4-inch display with Full HD+ resolution per the listing. In addition, the Vivo Y78m will be equipped with a 5000mAh battery unit and a 50MP camera setup.
The Vivo Y78m was previously spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database, which revealed that a MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC might power it. The Vivo Y78m, as per the China Telecom listing, will retail in a single configuration, that is, 12GB + 256GB. It will be priced at RMB 1999 (approx. Rs 23,700) in the Chinese market.

The Vivo Y78m will feature a 6.4-inch display with a Full HD+ (1080 × 2400 pixel) resolution and a centred punch hole notch. In addition, the upcoming Y-series smartphone will be equipped with a dual-rear camera setup. The camera setup on the handset will consist of a 50MP primary shooter, a 2MP secondary lens, and an LED flash.
The Vivo Y78m, as per the e-commerce listing, will be equipped with a 5000mAh battery unit. Unfortunately, the listing doesn’t reveal the charging capabilities of the handset, but the 3C certification listing for the device revealed support for 44W fast charging.
The Vivo Y78m will have 256GB of onboard storage and 12GB of RAM. It will come pre-loaded with FunTouch OS, based on Android 13 as per the listing. The smartphone will make use of a USB 2.0 Type-C charging port. It will also offer a 3.5mm audio jack.
The Vivo Y78m will feature a rectangular camera module that will accommodate an LED flash. In addition, the smartphone will feature Vivo branding in the bottom left corner. The volume rockers and the power button will be on the right side. The speaker grill and the Type-C port will be accommodated along the bottom.
