Vodafone Idea New Prepaid Recharge Plans: Price, Talktime, Validity, Data Offers, Benefits Explained

Vodafone Idea has increased the prices of its prepaid plans in India by 42 percent owing to the new Supreme Court ruling on how the telecom companies calculate the revenue from the peers, most notably from Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. Furthermore, the company will now charge 6 paise per minute for every outgoing call that is made to the other networks.  The new tariff plans/packs will take effect from December 3. The company made the news official a little while ago.

Vodafone Idea Ltd., India’s leading telecom service provider, today announced new tariffs/plans for its prepaid products and services. New plans will be available across India starting 00:00 hours of 3 December 2019

1. Vodafone Idea unlimited prepaid packs

Starting things off with the unlimited prepaid packs, Vodafone Idea has come up with plenty of new packs to choose from. There are four monthly prepaid packs (INR 149, INR 249, INR 299, and INR 399). Then, there are three packs that come with 84 days of validity (INR 379, INR 599, INR 699). Lastly, we get two annual packs (INR 1499 and INR 2499).

2. Vodafone Idea unlimited sachet

Other than the unlimited packs that we have mentioned above, Vodafone Idea has also come up with an unlimited sachet that would cost INR 19 and would have 2 days of validity. As far as the benefits are concerned, we get unlimited free Vodafone Idea to Vodafone Idea calls, 150MB of data, and 100 SMS.

3. Vodafone Idea combo recharges

The company has also come up with a couple of combo recharges for those who don’t want an unlimited pack. both the combo recharges come with 28 days of validity and are priced at INR 49 and INR 79. The INR 49 combo recharge comes with INR 38 talktime, 100MB of data, and 2.5 paise per second tariff charges. The INR 79 combo recharge, on the other hand, comes with INR 64 talktime, 200MB of data, and 1 paise per second tariff charges.

4. Vodafone Idea first recharge packs

Lastly, the company has introduced four first recharge packs (INR 97, INR 197, INR 297, and INR 647).
