Vodafone is one of the largest telecom companies in India. The telco has introduced a new prepaid recharge plan costing Rs 499, which joins hands with the likes of the company’s 1.5GB daily data plans like Rs 249, Rs 399, Rs 555, and Rs 599. Speaking of the new Rs 499 prepaid recharge plan by Vodafone, it is almost the same as the Rs 555 prepaid recharge plan, which the company had launched a little while ago in the country. Let’s have a look at the newly introduced prepaid recharge plan by Vodafone, its benefits, and its validity.
Vodafone Introduces the Rs 499 Prepaid Recharge Plan in India: Benefits and Validity
Starting things off with the validity, the Rs 499 prepaid recharge plan comes with 70 days of validity in almost all the circles in the country. That said, there are some regions wherein the Rs 499 prepaid recharge plan offers just 60 days of validity. In such regions (like Bihar), the Rs 555 prepaid recharge plan is the one that offers 70 days validity. Speaking of the benefits of the Rs 499 prepaid recharge plan, the plan comes with 1.5GB of daily data and 100 SMSes for the entire span of its validity. The plan comes with unlimited true voice calling to any network. Furthermore, the plan comes with a free Vodafone Play subscription, which includes free ZEE5 Premium content. In case you are unaware, the ZEE5 Premium subscription otherwise costs Rs 9999 for a subscription of one year, or you can opt for a monthly subscription that costs Rs 99.
To make things better for the Rs 555 prepaid recharge plan, Vodafone has extended the validity of the plan from 70 days to 77 days. The Rs 555 plan, therefore, offers seven days of validity if you pay Rs 55 more (when compared with the Rs 499 prepaid plan). Or, you can opt for the Rs 599 prepaid recharge plan, which will offer the same benefits for a validity of 84 days.
