Samsung India has announced the launch of its Bespoke AI Top Load Washing Machines, expanding its smart laundry appliance lineup to include top load models for the first time. Available in 8kg, 10kg, 12kg, and 14kg capacities, the new series introduces intelligent AI-powered features, including AI Wash, AI VRT+, and AI Energy Mode, which offer enhanced fabric care, reduced power consumption, and a quieter washing experience. The range is now available across retail and online channels in India, with prices starting from ₹24,490. The company had launched the front load Bespoke washing mchines in August 2024 and it seems to be now expanding its range and making it available across price points.
Features and Smart Functionality
The top load series introduces AI Wash, a feature that uses 3-step sensing to detect fabric type and load weight, automatically adjusting water levels, wash time, and agitation intensity for better results. The EcoBubble system improves detergent dissolution and fabric care, while Stain Wash offers temperature-based settings to tackle common stains more effectively.
Additional features include Hygiene Steam, which, according to the company, uses an inbuilt heater to eliminate up to 99.9% of bacteria, and Super Speed technology that can complete a wash cycle in just 29 minutes. We have not independently verified these claims but looking forward to doing so in our review.
Samsung's AI Energy Mode, accessed via the SmartThings app, optimizes energy usage and offers real-time power consumption tracking and monthly bill projections. The machines also incorporate Digital Inverter Technology and AI VRT+, which adjusts vibration control based on floor type to reduce noise.
Samsung is offering a 20-year warranty on the inverter motor, underlining the durability of the new range.
Voice Commands and Connectivity
The machines are compatible with the SmartThings ecosystem, allowing users to remotely manage cycles, use Bixby voice control, and access maintenance tips via Home Care. Personalized presets and cycle history are also available through the app for added convenience.

The Bespoke AI Top Load Washing Machines are available in multiple colours, including Black Caviar, Lavender Gray, Deep Charcoal, and Brushed Navy, aimed at blending into modern home decor. Prices start from ₹24,490, and the models are available via Samsung retail stores, Samsung.com, the Samsung Shop App, and major e-commerce platforms. Samsung has been betting big on its Bespoke range, and the current launch seems to be a step in the same direction. The new machines seem to be targeted at tech-forward consumers looking for convenience and aesthetically pleasing washing machines. It features Super Speed wash, auto load sensing, and soft closing lids, which will appeal to buyers who want hassle-free and quick laundry cycles.
