Amazfit has officially launched its Helio Ring in India. It is the first smart ring from the company that offers professional-grade fitness tracking features. It’s a compact and lightweight ring that was previously showcased at CES 2024 earlier this year. Here are the details.

The Amazfit Helio Ring is made from titanium alloy for added durability. It is available in three sizes: 24mm, 25.7mm, and 27.3mm. It’s a lightweight ring that weighs just 4 grams with a maximum thickness of 2.6mm.
The ring has a heart rate sensor, SpO2 tracking, stress monitoring, EDA stress response monitoring, and other health-tracking features. The data collected by the ring can be viewed on the Zepp app, which is available on both Android and iOS platforms.
The Zepp app uses a set of algorithms to display accurate information to users and help them recover after physical activity. The company says that the precision of the ring is good for professional-grade athletes. The app can also rack the recovery progress and suggest tips to improve their workout efficiency.
The Amazfit Helio Ring supports 10 ATM water resistance. In addition to fitness tracking, it can monitor sleep, mental and physical readiness, and track sleep HRV and RHR. The ring can offer a battery life of up to 4 days. It supports wireless charging using the bundled charging dock.
The Amazfit Helio Ring is designed to be worn 24×7. The lightweight nature of the ring will allow athletes and power users to wear the ring even during rigorous workouts and tough physical activities. The company says the ring is made from skin-friendly material which will not bother users due to sweat and other factors during workouts.
Amazfit is offering a 1-year standard warranty with its Helio Ring. As of now, it is available in a single golden colour option.
