ASUS ROG Phone 6 Sneak Peek
Taiwanese consumer electronics firm Asus is gearing up to release the latest extravagantly-styled Android smartphone for gamers.
The ROG Phone 6 is scheduled to launch on July 5. ROG stands for Republic of Gamers. We get a sneak peek at the phone, courtesy of 91Mobiles.
The ROG Phone 6 will have a 64MP 1/1.56-inch main camera sensor. It will also come with a telephoto camera that shoots 5x optical zoom photos and videos.
The ROG Phone 6 would be powered by Qualcomm’s latest flagship SoC, the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 with up to 18GB of LPDDR5 RAM.
There will be a new AeroActive Cooler 6, which can be snapped on the back. The cooler will help cool down the surface temperature by a few degrees.
You can also spot a tiny ROG vision panel on the back of the phone. Its position has changed and is now located on the right side of the rear panel.
The handset will have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a zippy 165Hz screen refresh rate.
The design of the ROG Phone 6 is distinctive and follows in the footsteps of ROG’s prior design philosophy
