Ghostwire Tokyo - Review

You play as Akito, a remorseful brother on a mission to save his sister from a sinister otherworldly force.

There are a few boss bouts, but they aren't among the show's highlights.

The various side tasks don't fully connect with the overall story and feel like a distraction.

On the PS5, Ghostwire Tokyo works smoothly, albeit there are noticeable framerate dips during certain very hectic sections.

The game's unusual art style is what genuinely elevates it above numerous other games with potentially higher production values.

The continual rain, along with the game's lovely audio and music, creates an eerily calm experience.

Ghostwire Tokyo is a solid 15-hour adventure that serves as a nice palate cleanser for those who have been playing AAA games for a while.
