LEGO Star Wars
The Skywalker Saga tells its story in a non-linear fashion, with players able to choose the first movie in any of the three trilogies.
The Skywalker Saga's gameplay consists of combat and exploration. Combat has definitely improved, with Jedi lightsaber duels now feeling truly responsive and allowing players to perform combos in a very Batman style.
The visual and aural presentation of the game was the aspect of the game that caught us off guard the most. The game looks as good as AAA can get, and it never felt less real than the most recent Star Wars game.
If you're a fan of Star Wars, you'll find this to be a sincere retelling of the story. Even when the game pokes fun at the most serious parts of the story, it never feels disingenuous or out of place.
We did not encounter a single technical difficulty during our time with the game, implying that our experience was free of bugs, glitches, or other anomalies.
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is a massive undertaking, but it goes above and beyond fan service to deliver an experience that is both sincere and fulfilling.
