The Galaxy S21 FE will not be released because of higher-than-expected sales of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and a lack of semiconductor chips.

According to reports, Samsung intends to concentrate on the Galaxy Z Flip 3. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 appears to be selling exceptionally well, and Samsung seems to be unable to meet up with demand.

Furthermore, in most regions, the Galaxy S21 FE was supposed to feature the Snapdragon 888 chipset, which is currently facing supply issues and has increased in price.

The Galaxy S21 FE was to include a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. A 32MP front camera and a 12MP triple-camera system at the rear, along with the Snapdragon 888 CPU was to be used.

If Samsung releases the Galaxy S21 FE, it may have an impact on the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3 manufacturing, which in turn may hit the company's earnings.
