Xbox Series S an affordable version of the Xbox Series X is official now, the company has announced the pricing of the console on the official Twitter account. The company is touting the console as the smallest Xbox console ever from the brand. Microsoft is yet to reveal any specifications, features, and launch date of the forthcoming console, but at least now we know the price.

Xbox revealed the pricing of the next-generation Xbox Series S in an official tweet along with a promotional poster of the console. According to the tweet, the Xbox Series S is set to launch with a price point of $299 (approx Rs 22,000). The promotional poster also revealed the design of the console, which shows a distinctive grill on its body.

Xbox Series S Expected Specifications
Looking at the image we can safely say that the Xbox Series X is a digital-only edition, as we can’t find any disc slot on the console. The image also suggests that the console will be available in a white colour option with a white colour controller. Besides, the Xbox Series S also a USB port placed at the front along with an on/off button. The remote controller in the image looks similar to the Xbox One.
Talking about the size of the Xbox Series X, we can say that it’s much smaller than the Xbox Series X. Recently a popular tipster WalkingCat shared a video on Twitter that shows the size of the Xbox Series S and how it’s completely getting fit inside the Xbox Series X console case.
According to the reports, the Xbox Series S will launch with 1080p or 1440p resolution support. The console is expected to be equipped by four teraflops of GPU performance. It is expected to be backed by 7.5GB of useable RAM. More information about the Xbox Series S is expected to arrive soon.
Rumours suggest that the Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X are expected to be launched on November 10th. The affordable Series S is said to arrive with a $25 (approx Rs 1,800) per month for Xbox All Access financing option.
